I bought the second edition of Minna no Nihongo for my Japanese class, and it's been really helpful. The explanations are clear, and the exercises really reinforce what you learn. I wish it had more illustrations, but overall, it’s a solid book!

I was really excited about using Minna no Nihongo, but the layout felt a bit overwhelming for me. The second edition is nice, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. I found the exercises repetitive after a while.
