Cette tude a t ralise dans 4 baies du Lagon de Nouma (NouvelleCaldonie) afin d'estimer: 1) l'influence des apports anthropiques et terrignes (organique et mtaux lourds) sur la distribution de la miofaune; 2) la bioaccumulation des mtaux lourds dans la biomasse des Nmatodes. Les facteurs environnementaux, des caractristiques de sdiment, des mtaux et de la miofaune, ont te tudies. Les rsultats ont dmontr que la miofaune du Lagon est plus affecte par la qualit de matire organique que par les mtaux du sdiment. Les changements temporels observes ont t limites aux caractristiques biochimiques du sdiment.
