Aus diesen wird dann im Rahmen der normativen, strategischen und operativen Ebene des Managements eine zielgerichtete Konzeption mit entsprechenden Gestaltungsempfehlungen entwickelt.About the AuthorClaudia Kost, Diplom Pflegewirtin (FH), wurde 1971 in Tirschenreuth in der Oberpfalz geboren. Nach ihrer Ausbildung zur Krankenschwester 1992 arbeitete sie 11 Jahre im Krankenhaus im Bereich der Chirurgie, der Inneren Medizin und im OP. Whrend ihrer anschlieenden sechsjhrigen Ttigkeit als Lehrerin fr Pflegeberufe absolvierte die Autorin berufsbegleitend den Studiengang Pflegemanagement an der Hamburger Fernhochschule und schloss diesen im Jahre 2011 erfolgreich ab. Im Jahr 2010 bernahm sie bei ihrem Arbeitgeber eine Stelle in Leitungsposition. Dies motivierte sie, sich der Thematik des vorliegenden Buches eingehend zu widmen. Neben ihren Fhrungsaufgaben hlt sie regelmig Fortbildungsveranstaltungen zu aktuellen Themen und ist weiterhin als Dozentin in der Pflegeausbildung ttig.
