In zahlreichen Fiihrungsmodellen wurden Erkenntnisse der Entscheidungs und Planungstheorie systematisiert. Fragen der Mitarbeiterfiihrung waren von Beginn an auch Gegenstand der Arbeit des Universitatsseminars der Wirtschaft (USW). Sie werden in den ZehnW ochenSeminaren behandelt und sind seit 1973 zentrales Thema der Seminare 'Fiihrung von Mitarbeitern'. Zwei Grundsatze wurden bei der Entwicklung der Seminare beachtet, die auch fUr die Gestaltung des vorlie genden Bandes tragend sind: Mitarbeiterfiihrung ist ein Problem, das einen interdisziplinaren Ansatz erfordert, ~ Mitarbeiterfiihrung ist ein Problem, das nur auf dem Hintergrund orga nisatorischer Bedingungen und gesellschaftlicher Einfliisse und Werthal tungen verstanden werden kann. Dieser Band ist daher auch das Ergebnis gemeinsamer Diskussionen zwi schen dem Betriebspsychologen und dem Betriebswirt. Das Anliegen des Bandes ist es, die Diskussion iiber Fragen der Fiihrung von Mitarbeitern durch Texte und Fallstudien aus der Praxis zu erleich tern.
