Andererseits wird hinterfragt, ob sich die Rolle des Tters klar in einer Person definieren lsst oder ob es weitere Einflussfaktoren im organisatorischen Kontext gibt. Hierbei steht eine sachliche Differenzierung der Begrifflichkeiten Opfer" und Tter" im Vordergrund. Weiterhin gilt es, Indikatoren und Mobbing begnstigende Faktoren am Arbeitsplatz aufzudecken.
