Mobile learning is a new paradigm in elearning. Though there may exist different flavors of mobile learning or mlearning this research work is focused in learning from mobile device nothing else than that. The whole dissertation consist of qualitative and quantitative analysis of data collected from audience while learning from mobile phone. The system that is been used over here is the MOODLE which is integrated with Mobile Learning Engine (MLE) which combines and creates the mlearning platform. Data were collected from the university student and for analysis part the researcher have used the statistical analysis tool so called STATA. The final outcomes of the analysis (both qualitative and quantitative) the research work concluded that the mobile learning is feasible in context of Universities of Nepal and there are future prospects of research and implementation.
