Das vorliegende Werk zielt deshalb darauf ab, die vorhandene Forschungsliteratur zum Themengebiet des mobilen Marketings zu strukturieren, um ein Bild der aktuellen Forschung wiederzugeben. Dabei wird berprft, ob die betrachtete Forschung auffllige Unterschiede oder Diskrepanzen aufwirft und, ob potenziell (zu) gering untersuchte Teilgebiete identifiziert werden knnen. Daraus resultierend werden mgliche Richtungen fr die knftige Forschung indiziert ebenso wie praxisrelevante Ableitungen gemacht werden. Hierzu wird die aktuell verfgbare Mobile Marketing Forschungsliteratur nach relevanten Suchkriterien ausgewhlt. Anschlieend wird diese nach Dimensionen des klassischen Marketing Mix mit Fokus auf Kommunikations und Preispolitik einerseits sowie verschiedenen Forschungszielen andererseits strukturiert. Abschlieend werden Implikationen fr die Forschung sowie fr die Praxis abgeleitet. Ergebnisse der vorliegenden Arbeit zeigen, dass die Forschung zum Thema Mobile Marketing sich noch in den Anfngen befindet. Besonders Studien zu mobilen Diensten unter Einbezug orts und zeitspezifischer Daten, sind noch sehr wenig bzw. im preispolitischen Bereich gar nicht zu finden. Trotz positivem Grundtenor ist in der praktischen Umsetzung von MM noch Zgern zu beobachten. Je mehr Mglichkeiten Werbende jedoch knftig haben und diese auch einsetzen werden, desto mehr Forschungsliteratur mit Hinweisen auf weitere Optimierungsmglichkeiten ist in den Folgejahren zu erwarten.
