Se disea el modelo del profesional de la carrera de Ingeniera Agrcola mediante la introduccin de las competencias en los diferentes campos de accin y esferas de actuacin, donde se revelan las tendencias histricas en la evolucin de la carrera en diferentes etapas, y se caracteriza el proceso de formacin del graduado desde los ngulos de la gnoseologa, la didctica y la sociologa, constituyendo los referentes tericos del Modelo de Formacin Profesional basado en competencias profesionales que luego se propone como modelo integrador del proceso.
