Este trabajo presenta el diseo de un Modelo de Intervencin para educar en valores a nios y jvenes a travs del ftbol. El estudio se llev a cabo en dos fases. En la primera fase se realiz un estudio a entrenadores de ftbol base de la Comunidad de Madrid para identificar y diagnosticar los posibles problemas relacionados con la educacin en valores en el ftbol. En la segunda fase se cre y se puso en prctica un Modelo de Intervencin para educar en valores a nios y jvenes a travs del ftbol, para verificar posteriormente su eficacia. La investigacin se ubica dentro del marco de la investigacin accin participativa, estructurndose en dos partes: La primera parte, donde se realiza una aproximacin al estudio de la educacin, los valores, el deporte educativo y el juego limpio. Adems, se aborda su evaluacin, as como los estudios y programas de intervencin utilizados en la actividad fsica y el deporte. La segunda parte desarrolla las fases del estudio: definicin del problema, objetivos e hiptesis, diseo utilizado, muestra y tcnicas e instrumentos utilizados en la investigacin. Por ltimo, se presentan los resultados, la discusin y las conclusiones finales.
