Notre travail, consiste tudier le comportement lectrique et thermique de la dcharge luminescente en rgime continue dans un gaz monoatomique (Argon) basse pression. La dcharge est maintenue par lmission lectronique secondaire la cathode. Les caractristiques de la dcharge en 1D et 2D sont prsentes ltat stationnaire. Les modles numriques prsents dans ce travail sont bases sur la rsolution des trois moments de l'quation de Boltzmann ils s'agit de l'quation de continuit, la quantit de mouvement et l'quation de l'nergie des lectrons. Le systme d'quation pour les diffrentes particules charges prsentes dans le gaz, est coupl d'une faon autocohrente avec l'quation de Poisson. La mthode de rsolution du systme des quations aprs la discrtisation par le schme de diffrence finie flux exponentiel est effectue par lalgorithme de Thomas dans le cas dune gomtrie monodimensionnel et par la mthode de sur relaxation combine lalgorithme de Thomas dans le cas dune gomtrie bidimensionnel.
