Cet ouvrage porte sur la caractrisation exprimentale et numrique du comportement dun matriau htrophas rematrialis issu dun mchefer dincinration dordures mnagres. Les mchefers sont les rsidus solides issus de la combustion des ordures mnagres dans des fours d'usine d'incinration. L'utilisation des mchefers dans le domaine du Gnie Civil est une voie de valorisation trs intressante tant donn que les quantits d'ordures mnagres sont de plus en plus importantes alors que les matriaux utiliss dans les travaux publics se rarfient. Toutefois, la complexit numrique de ce problme demande une attention particulire pour identifier une loi de comportement spcifique au type de matriau "mchefer" vu d'une part l'origine htrogne du matriau et d'autre part ses caractristiques. L'objectif de ces travaux est de dvelopper un outil de calcul numrique performant qui permet de raliser des calculs ddis. La mthodologie utilise ici se base sur l'utilisation du progiciel CESARLCPC dvelopp par le LCPC.
