La prvention par le dveloppement doutils de diagnostic est ncessaire et doit permettre destimer la qualit osseuse (proprits mcaniques, activits cellulaires, architecture). Ces travaux de thse proposent un modle innovant permettant de combiner les diffrents facteurs agissant sur le remodelage osseux. Le modle est applicable diffrentes chelles et permet dtudier le niveau de remodelage local modul par lactivit physique et la concentration de certains agents biochimiques.
