Lducation de chaque pays est influence par des contacts internationaux et cette tendance sest renforce sous leffet de la mondialisation. Vu ces circonstances, cette tude a pour but danalyser les questions suivantes: comment la tendance ducative internationale influencetelle les politiques ducatives nationales, notamment celles de lducation artistique qui est par sa nature plus sensible aux changements de son environnement? et puis, comment la politique ducative nationale estelle mise en application par les enseignants sur le terrain? Cette analyse indique que la tendance internationale a influenc constamment les politiques ducatives des cinq pays tudis. Lcart entre la politique nationale et sa mise en uvre sur le terrain correspond souvent la consquence de certaines faiblesses du systme ducatif comme linsuffisance dinformation, de formation et de ressources. La formation continue des enseignants peut venir pallier ces manques et donner accs la politique ducative, aux programmes scolaires et des manuels pdagogiques dcrivant des activits concrtes. Cette tude a t ralise en mai 2006 comme thse de doctorat lUniversit Paris XIII.
