Nach einer theoretischen Einfhrung, die sich auf die aktuellen Konzeptionen sozialer Kontrolle bezieht, folgt zunchst ein Abriss der konomischen, sozialen sowie sozialstrukturellen Entwicklung der Finanzmetropole in den vergangenen dreiig Jahren unter besonderer Bercksichtigung ihrer globalen Funktionen.
