Die Untersuchung wurde am Institut fr Bil dungsBetriebs lehre am Forschungs und Entwicklungszen trum fr objektivierte Lehr und Lernverfahren GmbH (FEoLL), Paderborn, durchgefhrt. Der Direktor des Instituts fr BildungsBetriebslehre, Privatdozent Dr.Dr. G.E. Ortner, hat diese Arbeit ange regt und betreut. Herr o. Univ. Professor Dr. F. Vlkl, Institut fr Psychologie der Universitt fr Bildungs wissenschaften, Klagenfurt, gab mir in zahlreichen Ge sprchen viele wertvolle Hinweise. Herr Dr. R.
