I found the recipes in Koizumi's Volume 2 to be a bit lacking. Some dishes turned out bland, and I had to adjust the seasonings quite a bit. I expected more depth from the flavors given the price. Worth a try, but I probably won’t buy again.

Good, but missing some favorites
I enjoyed Volume 2 of the ramen noodle series, but I was hoping for some recipes from Volume 1. The new dishes are tasty, but a few of my old favorites didn't make it in. Still a solid addition to my collection!
