Er geht ein dreiviertel Jahr durch die Schrecken der Chemotherapie. Daniel, dem als wohlbehtetes Kind bislang immer smtliche Schwierigkeiten in seinem Leben abgenommen worden waren, kann die Krankheit nicht akzeptieren und gibt am Ende seiner Krfte angelangt, den Kampf auf. Er will die Chemotherapie beenden. Geschildert werden die Geschehnisse aus Sicht der Mutter. Nachts, wenn sie aus Sorge um ihren Sohn nicht schlafen konnte, setzte sie sich mit der Krebserkrankung und der Therapie ihres erwachsenen Kindes auseinander. Sie beschreibt ihre eigene Hilflosigkeit, den Willen durchzuhalten, schildert ihre Verzweiflung und tiefe Liebe zum einzigen Sohn. About the Author Ich bin Jahrgang 1957, geboren in Mecklenburg, verheiratet und habe zwei erwachsene Kinder. Nach meiner Ausbildung zur Damenmaschneiderin, zog ich 1978 nach Berlin (Ost) und arbeitete dort nach Weiterbildungen, als Sekretrin, und als Assistentin des Geschftsfhrers. Da ich immer schon gern Geschichten erzhlte, entschloss ich mich, diese auch aufzuschreiben. Deshalb absolvierte ich von Oktober 2001 bis Oktober 2003, einen Fernlehrgang fr Belletristik, an der Schule des Schreibens, an der Axel Anderson Akademie in Hamburg. Seit 2001 lebe ich in Altlandsberg, im Landkreis Brandenburg. Im August 2005 habe ich meine Ttigkeit aufgegeben und widme mich nun meiner Autorenttigkeit. Die Autobiographie Mtter weinen nachts ist mein erstes Buch, es erschien im Mrz 2006. Derzeit schreibe ich an einem Roman.
