Interesting Concept, But Not for Everyone
I bought the Mud Therapy kit hoping it would help with my anxiety, but I found the exercises a bit abstract. While I appreciate the idea of healing through the elements, I think it requires a certain mindset to fully benefit. It’s worth trying, but it might not click for everyone.
