Hierfr werden der normativorientierte ,der totalittsorientierte, der differenzierungsorientierte sowie der bedeutungs und wissensorientierte Kulturbegriff kurz erlutert. In einem zweiten Schritt kommen Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede dieser zur Darstellung. Der Begriff der Interkulturalitt ist Ausgangspunkt und Grundlage der restlichen Studie. Innerhalb der Auseinandersetzung mit interkultureller Kommunikation geht es weniger um eine theoretische Errterung, als vielmehr um einen realittsnahen Zugang zu dem Thema. Hierbei werden zunchst Besonderheiten der interkulturellen Kommunikation herausgearbeitet. Die drei folgenden Fallbeispiele, welche die Hindernisse interkultureller Kommunikation aufzeigen, weisen eine hohe Aktualitt auf und sollten auch fr den laienhaften Leser nachvollziehbar sein. Abschlieend wird auf Bildung als Mglichkeit zur Verbesserung interkultureller Kommunikation eingegangen.About the AuthorKira Gehrmann, B.
