Das Buch enthlt in knapper und bersichtlicher Form die wichtigsten Arbeitsschritte und deren Ergebnisse.Einer Beschreibung des Einsatzes der Systeme folgt die Einschtzung, welchen Nutzen das MultimediaKommunikationssystem fr das Pilotunternehmen gebracht hat. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Verffentlichungen in diesem Bereich liegt den Ergebnissen ein Zeitraum zugrunde, der ber die eigentliche Pilotphase hinausgeht (Juni 1991 bis Juli 1993).
