Zunehmend ist es von Bedeutung, dass Unternehmen ihre Wettbewerbsposition entscheidend strken, ihre Leistungen und Ergebnisse nachhaltig verbessern, um so ihren Unternehmenswert messbar zu steigern. Dies sind Aufgaben, fr die das EinzelProjektmanagement mit seiner fachinternen Arbeitsbewltigung keine zufriedenstellende Lsungen mehr bieten kann. Zunehmend kommt es in den Unternehmen zu einer Vernetzung und einem Zusammenlaufen verschiedener Projekte. Es fehlt jedoch an einer bergreifenden Planung des Ressourceneinsatzes, an einer bereichsbergreifenden Zusammenarbeit. Besonders in Grounternehmen stehen viele Projekte im Wettbewerb um finanzielle und personelle Ressourcen. Es ist daher ntig, die notwendigen organisatorischen und soziokulturellen Rahmenbedingungen zu schaffen, damit Projekte geordnet ablaufen knnen. Ein Mittel zur Lsung dieser Aufgaben ist das MultiProjektmanagement. Diese Hausarbeit soll aufzeigen, was genau MultiProjektmanagement bedeutet, wie und worin es sich vom EinzelProjektmanagement unterscheidet und welche besonderen Methoden und Techniken es gibt.
