In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden das positiv geladene polyvalente Polymer und eine Reihe neuartiger multivalenter kationischer Lipopolyamine hergestellt, anschlieend wurden diese in wssrigen Lsungen mit verschiedenen Fremdsalzkonzentrationen mittels statischer und dynamischer Lichtstreuung charakterisiert und als ModellSysteme fr die Untersuchung des Komplexierungsverhaltens entgegengesetzt geladener Polyelektrolyte verwendet. Im ersten Teil dieser Arbeit konnte gezeigt werden, dass durch die RAFTPolymerisationsMethode das geschtzte sperminanaloge Polymer, basierend auf tertBocSperminHexanaminAcrylat, synthetisch zugnglich ist. Der zweite Teil dieser Arbeit konzentriert sich auf die Synthese und Charakterisierung von Interpolyelektrolytkomplexen durch die gezielte Wahl von anionischen Ausgangskomponenten mit positiv geladenem Polymer.Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt der vorliegenden Arbeit beschftigt sich mit der Synthese einer Reihe amphiphiler Blockstrukturen mit mindestens einer kationischen Endgruppe und anschlieend mit der Charakterisierung deren Aggregationsverhaltens in wssriger Lsung.
