Not great for younger kids
I thought this series would be fun for my 6-year-old, but some of the humor seemed a bit mature. The illustrations are cute, but I wouldn't recommend it for kids under 8. I wish I had done more research before buying.

Decent but packaging was damaged
The boxed set arrived with a slight dent in the box, which was disappointing. My daughter still enjoyed the books inside, but it looked a bit beat up as a gift. The stories are entertaining though, so not a total loss!
