I found some very useful advice in here, especially about mold and allergens. However, a lot of the chapters felt a bit repetitive. I wish it had more unique tips throughout the book. Still, worth a read if you're struggling with indoor issues.

Not what I expected
I guess I was hoping for more practical solutions, but it felt a bit too theoretical at times. The ideas are solid, but I struggled to find actionable steps for my specific situation. It's decent but not what I was looking for.
