At an early age she knew that God had called her to write. She started off with poetry and the beginnings of several fiction novels until she realized that she was called to write more compelling and personal novels about her issues, struggles, and victories over them through Christ Jesus. She married her high school sweetheart in June of 2000. Since then, God has blessed them with two beautiful children.
