I was really excited about 'Nach der ersten Zukunft', but the ending didn’t do it for me. It felt rushed and left a lot of questions unanswered. The writing was solid though, so it’s not all bad; just left me wanting more.

I had high hopes for this book based on the premise, but it fell a bit flat for me. While the ideas were intriguing, the characters could have used a bit more development. Still, if you’re into German sci-fi, it's worth a read for the thought-provoking moments.

I picked up 'Nach der ersten Zukunft' thinking it would be just another sci-fi story, but it really captivated me! The German edition holds up well, with great translations that keep the essence alive. I enjoyed how the author explores deep themes of humanity's future.
