Levi Wells Prentice (18511935) was an American landscape and stilllife painter, best known for his stilllife paintings of fruit. This is the catalogue of an exhibition at the Adirondack Museum, May 29 October 15, 1993. 64 paintings are illustrated on fullpage color plates: 32 Adirondack and other landscapes and 32 still lifes. 286 paintings are described in a Checklist plus another 18 in an Addendum. 9 figures and a map accompany the text.
