Einmal, weil die Arbeitsgesellschaft selbst in einer Krise steekt und ihren Mitgliedern nicht mehr ohne weiteres ein Arbeitsleben in Aus sicht stellt. Zum anderen, weil immer lngere und verzweigtere Bildungswege den bergang von einem kurzen Sprung zu einem verwickelten Hrdenlauf ge macht haben, der viele Lebensjahre in Beschlag nimmt.
