Die Anlagendokumentation ist ein sehr komplexes Thema innerhalb der Technischen Dokumentation. Gemeinhin glaubt man, es wre vllig ausreichend, alle Dokumentationen der eigenen Komponenten und der Unterlieferanten hintereinander abzuheften, ein Deckblatt mit Inhaltsverzeichnis zu erstellen und das Gesamtwerk auf den Weg zum Empfnger zu bringen. Oft sehen die Verantwortlichen die Lieferung der Dokumentation als notwendiges bel an und widmen diesem Thema wenig Aufmerksamkeit. Dies kann zu ernsthaften Konsequenzen fhren. Gefahren und Sicherheitsrisiken innerhalb von komplexen Anlagen, hervorgerufen durch das Zusammenspiel der einzelnen Anlagenkomponenten, werden gerne bersehen. Diesen Aspekt mchte ich mit dieser Arbeit in den Fokus rcken und damit mgliche Unflle durch fehlerhafte und unvollstndige Anlagendokumentationen, vermeiden helfen. Zustzlich mchte ich eine allgemein gltige Gliederungsempfehlung mit auf den Weg geben, die zum einen auf viele beliebige Anlagen bertragbar ist und zum anderen dem Redakteur bei der Zusammenstellung der Dokumentation, sowohl einen zeitlichen, als auch kostensparenden Aspekt zuteil kommen lsst.
