The idea behind this is great, and I was excited to give it as a gift. Unfortunately, when it arrived, there was a noticeable dent on the side. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful with a return. I'll order again if they fix the packaging issue!

Disappointing quality
I really wanted to love this, but the quality isn't what I expected. The design looked better online, and in person, it’s a bit faded. I thought it would be a fun piece, but I might return it. Not what I hoped for.
