Whoa, 'Night of Knives' is a wild ride! The intricate plot twists and depth of the Malazan Empire are incredibly fascinating. If you enjoy epic tales with strong characters, this is a must-read. I’m diving into the next one now!

Not what I expected
I thought I was getting a straightforward fantasy novel. Instead, it had a lot of complex themes that I didn't quite grasp. That said, the writing is beautiful. Just be prepared for a challenging read!

This book is a bit dense and took me a while to get into. However, once I got a hang of the characters and plot, I was hooked! Just a heads up, it might not be for everyone, but if you love epic fantasy, it’s worth it!

While I liked the premise of 'Night of Knives', I found some parts of the plot to be confusing. There are a lot of characters and it can be overwhelming. I still enjoyed the themes, but it’s not an easy read for sure.

Arrived damaged, but still a great story
The book arrived with a small dent on the cover which was disappointing. But once I started reading, I forgot about it! The story is gripping and I’m glad I gave it a chance despite the delivery issue.
