In dieser Dissertation werden neue Nitrate und Disulfate der Gruppen drei und vier sowie der Elemente Aluminium, Gallium und Bismut vorgestellt. Im Vordergrund stehen dabei die strukturelle Charakterisierung mit Hilfe der Einkristalldiffraktometrie und die thermische Analyse der erhaltenen Verbindungen. Im ersten Teil werden eine Reihe von NitrosyliumNitraten und einige NitratHydrate diskutiert. Diese konnten aus Reaktionen mit Distickstoffpentoxid oder rauchender Salpetersure erhalten werden. Die thermische Charakterisierung belegt eine hohe thermische Labilitt dieser Verbindungsklasse eine gnstige Eigenschaft fr potentielle Vorluferverbindungen zur Abscheidung von MetalloxidSchichten. Im zweiten Teil der Arbeit werden neue Disulfate und ihre reichhaltige Strukturchemie behandelt. Aus der Umsetzung mit Oleum konnten diverse ternre Disulfate der Gruppe vier synthetisiert werden. Diese enthalten entweder komplexe Anionen oder sie bilden anionische Ketten oder SchichtenStrukturen aus. Darber hinaus konnte ein binres ZirconiumDisulfat hergestellt werden, das eine einzigartige Kettenstruktur aufweist.
