In diesem Sinne wurden aIle Abschnitte mit Empfehlungen zur Indikationsstellung und zur Verfahrenswahl beendet, tiber die im Kreise aIler an diesem Seminar teilnehmenden Sachkenner ein Consensus erzielt werden konnte.
