Honestly, I found this book lacking. I was hoping for more guidance on technique and less on artists. The content felt scattered, and a few pages were bent upon arrival. Not worth the price for me.

Interesting but a bit limited
While I enjoyed the insights into German art today, I felt it could have covered more regions and styles. It’s a good read, but I was hoping for deeper analysis. Still, it’s a solid addition to my art collection.
