Die Gedichte von Andreas B. Arnold stehen ganz in der Tradition dieser Gedanken. Der Dichter selbst sieht sich als hoffnungslosen Romantiker und versucht "das Wunderbare" dieser Zeit in die Moderne zu retten. Ebenso hat der Autor moderne Stilelemente integriert, wenn diese ihm notwendig erschienen, um Aussagen zu verfestigen oder Strukturen aufzubrechen. Der vorliegende Gedichtband enthlt Dichtungen aus einem Zeitraum von ber 20 Jahren. Diese sind zyklisch geordnet und beschreiben einen Lebenskreis, in dem am Anfang die Kunst, dazwischen eine Liebe und am Ende die Beschftigung mit dem Tod steht. Das Layout und smtliche liebevoll arrangierten und mit Tusche gezeichneten Illustrationen bernahm Anja Susan Jung.
