I loved the mix of recipes and anecdotes in this cookbook! The cured meat techniques are super informative, especially for someone new to charcuterie. I made the salami from scratch, and it turned out amazing!

Fun Read, but Needs More Photos
I enjoyed reading the stories behind the meats, but I wish there were more photos of the finished dishes. It's a bit hard to visualize my end result without images to guide me. Still a solid book overall!

A Bit Too Advanced for Me
While I enjoyed the stories, I found the recipes a bit too complicated for my skill level. I appreciate the effort that went into this, but I was hoping for simpler instructions to follow.

Great Gift for Foodies!
I gave this cookbook to my husband, who loves to cook. He was thrilled! The combination of cured meat recipes and the charcuterie tales makes it a unique addition to our kitchen library. Worth the buy!

Good for Beginner Meat Curers
This book has a lot of good info, but some of the instructions felt a bit vague. Still, I've been inspired to try making my own cured meats! Just took a little extra research on my part.
