I've been using this omelette and frittata pan for a few weeks now, and I love it! The non-stick surface makes flipping a breeze, and it heats evenly. I’ve made everything from fluffy omelettes to cheesy frittatas without any sticking. Highly satisfied with the purchase!

Okay but needs improvement
This pan works decently for making omelettes and soufflés, but I found it a bit heavier than I expected. Sometimes it takes longer to heat up, which can be annoying when I’m in a rush. It's good, just not my favorite kitchen item.

Not the best, but does the job
I had high hopes for this product, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The surface isn't as non-stick as advertised, and my frittata stuck a bit. The size is good for a single serving, though, so I still use it occasionally.
