Honestly, I was hoping for something more practical. Critical Pedagogy Today is more theoretical than hands-on, which was a letdown for me. It’s well-written, but I needed more actionable advice for my classroom.

I found this book to be packed with valuable information about critical pedagogy, but it can get a bit heavy at times. Some chapters felt a little overwhelming, especially for newcomers to the subject. Still, I'm glad I purchased it and will be revisiting sections!
