Diese Ent wicklung wird von praktischen Zielen get ragen, die in Bezeichnungen wie 'organische Metalle', 'organische Legierungen' und 'organische Supraleiter' offen ausge sprochen werden. Ohne Zweifel nimmt die Suche nach organischen Supraleitern nicht nur wissenschaftsjournalistisch, son dern inzwischen ebenso del' technischen Problemstellung nach die Spitzenposition ein. Es geht dabei auch um die Klarung der experimentellen Realisierbarkeit der Exzito nenSupraleitung, die mit den eindimensionalen Struk turen in engem Zusammenhang steht und von der Sprung temperaturen bis zu Zimmertemperatur erhofft werden.
