The book arrived with a few bent corners, which was disappointing for a new purchase. The content is good, but the packaging could use some improvement. Just be cautious if you're buying it for a gift.

Expected more insights
I expected this book to have more case studies to illustrate the theories. It's well-written, but I guess I just hoped for a bit more depth in the subject matter. Still, it's decent for reference.

Helpful but a bit dry
This book covers the essentials of organizational behavior, but I find some parts a bit boring. The black and white layout is fine, yet I wish there were more diagrams to visualize the concepts. Still, it has good info for studying.
