I thought this book would focus more on straightforward leadership tactics, but it dives deep into organizational politics. Some of the examples felt a bit outdated. I guess it may work better for those in larger organizations, but it wasn't the right fit for me.

A bit dense, but worth it
While the book contains a lot of useful information about power dynamics in leadership, I found some sections a bit heavy to get through. Still, it’s filled with great tactics that I’m trying to implement. Definitely not a quick read, but helpful if you're serious about improving your skills.
