El presente trabajo de investigacin se realiz en la Universidad Autnoma de Durango Campus Zacatecas con los alumnos de la licenciatura en nutricin, con el mismo se pretende identificar niveles de ortorexia. La ortorexia es una trastorno de la conducta alimentaria que entra en el rubro de los trastornos de la conducta alimentaria no especificados de otra manera (TANOM) descritos en el libro de diagnostico DSM IV. Entre los trastornos de la conducta alimentara ms conocidos estn la anorexia y la bulimia y aunque la incidencia de estos padecimientos a aumentado cabe mencionar que los trastornos no especificados han aumentado de una manera mayor.Esta investigacin se compone de tres fases: Proposicin, Demostracin y Conclusiones, para la parte de la Demostracin de la investigacin se analizaron datos recopilados de cuatro test aplicados a los alumnos de sexto y octavo semestre de la licenciatura en nutricin, el test nmero uno mide hbitos alimentarios, el test nmero dos mide signos de advertencia, el test nmero tres niveles de ortorexia y el test nmero cuatro informacin que los alumnos tienen acerca de los trastornos de la conducta alimentaria as como de la ortorexia.
