I was really looking forward to this novel, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The pacing was a bit slow, and I found myself losing interest halfway through. I hoped for more action based on the authors it was compared to. Disappointing, but others might enjoy it more.

Interesting but Lacked Depth
The story was intriguing and I enjoyed the world-building, but I felt some characters could have been fleshed out more. It had some good twists, but I wanted a bit more from the plot. Still, it’s entertaining for fans of dark fantasy.
