About the Author Julia Schulz, geboren 1988, absolvierte nach dem Abitur ein duales Studium an der Hochschule fr Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin, Fachrichtung Bank. Als Ausbildungsunternehmen stand ihr die Landesbank Berlin/ Berliner Sparkasse zur Seite. Im September 2011 beendete die Autorin mit Erfolg das Betriebswirtschaftsstudium. Bereits whrend des Studiums sammelte die Verfasserin dieser Arbeit Erfahrungen in der Kreditbearbeitung in einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen fr Sparkassen. Aufgrund der stetig wachsenden Bedeutung der Auslagerung von Prozessen hin zu externen Dienstleistern, wurde ihr Wunsch gestrkt, ein Vorgehensmodell zur Einfhrung von Outsourcing bei Sparkassen zu entwickeln.
