God has allowed this workbook to be written in order for the sinner or saint to spend forty days in the wilderness. Ministry truly begins after the "Wilderness Experience." Rev. Lonnie J. Davis, Sr. is a motivational speaker, author, preacher, and teacher and is Pastor of Church of Hope in Maryland. Pastor Davis has been featured in People's Magazine that calls him a "Street Savior" and Rev. FixItUp for his work with the homeless in Baltimore City. He was aired on "The Judge Hatchett Intervention Program." Pastor Davis has received many awards such as "Unsung Hero's Award" from the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Fox 45 Champions of Courage and was featured on BET in a documentary on American Gangster about "Little Melvin Williams." Pastor Davis is a graduate of seminary with a M. Div., is married to Pamela J. Davis and has six children, 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
