La creacin de una ley para proteger al Centro Histrico es respuesta a esta dinmica y al inters del gobierno municipal y la sociedad civil que avizor la rapia a la que han sido sometidos otros espacios urbanos. Tanto Centro Urbano como el Centro Histrico son delimitaciones fsicas donde la gente ha generado significaciones y smbolos, que se construyen a travs de la experiencia como pachuqueo(a).
