Seit 2003 ist sie Redaktionsmitglied des WPMagazins und beschloss 2004, aus ihrem Hobby einen Beruf zu machen, indem sie sich als Verhaltensberater fr Papageien selbstndig machte. Auch international geniet die engagierte Papageienhalterin einen hervorragenden Ruf und wurde 2006 als zertifizierte Verhaltenstherapeutin fr Papageien in die Internationale Vereinigung von Verhaltenstherapeuten fr Tiere IAABC aufgenommen. Mittlerweile betreut Hildegard Niemann einen wachsenden Kundenkreis von Haltern, die ihre Papageien und Sittiche besser verstehen wollen und sich ein harmonisches Zusammenleben mit ihren gefiederten Freunden wnschen.
