Des voies nouvelles sont investiguer, prenant appui sur ce qui, depuis quelques annes, donne lieu en certains pays des dmarches riches denseignement. Des chercheurs, des praticiens, des personnes en situation de handicap, des familles, des dcideurs politiques et conomiques sexpriment ce sujet.
