Auf der Basis eines Erfolgskriterienkatalogs werden die Umsetzungen der Lokalen Agenda 21 in Augsburg, Mnster und Leipzig, die sich anhand ihrer Organisationsformen voneinander unterscheiden, einem evaluativen Vergleich unterzogen. Daraus werden Faktoren zur Bestimmung des Erfolgs einer Lokalen Agenda 21 unter besonderer Bercksichtigung der Partizipationschancen abgeleitet. Der Band zeigt auf, welche pragmatischen Handlungs und Umsetzungsanregungen zur Verbesserung der Effektivitt einer Lokalen Agenda 21 fhren knnen.
