Some essays in this book are fantastic, while others didn’t resonate with me. I enjoyed the descriptions of Idaho but found certain pieces a bit meandering. Still, it’s a decent read if you’re into reflective essays.

Beautifully Written, But Sad
These essays are beautifully written but pretty heavy on the emotions. I was expecting uplifting stories about Idaho, but they lean more towards the melancholic side. Great for a cozy night in but not what I expected.
